Registration for May Madness 2012 opens on December 15, 2011.

Pre-registration is required. Completed forms will be processed in the order we receive them; postmark dates will be used to determine order. In the event that our weekend is oversubscribed on the day registration opens, we will use a lottery to admit dancers. Registration forms postmarked or delivered before December 15, 2011 will not be accepted.
Some attention will be given to gender, but only to ensure that a reasonable balance is maintained for the weekend. Dancers may register a preferred dance role (lead/follow/both). By registering as “both,” you are agreeing to dance whatever role is most needed at any time during our festival. If the weekend ends up with a gender imbalance, you may expect to dance the minority gender role much of the time. Registering as "both" does not necessarily improve your chances of admission.
May Madness has the right to give preference to dancers who volunteer to help make our weekend possible; this applies to volunteers and recipients of work trade positions.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone whose behavior has been judged by the dance organizers to be disruptive, harassing, or dangerous.

Registration Timeline
December 15, 2011 – Registration Opens. Early Bird registration fees apply, $140 per dancer
February 14, 2012 – Last day for Early Bird prices
February 14, 2012 - Deadline for submitting scholarship applications
February 15, 2012 - Regular Registration Fees in affect, $150 per dancer
April 1, 2012 – Final day to receive refunds in the event of cancellation. After April 1, refunds (minus the $20 fee) will be contingent on finding a replacement from our waiting list.
April 1, 2012 – Final day to pre-order May Madness T-shirts.
May 4, 5 & 6 – Cinco de Madness! Vamos a bailar!
Registration ~ FEES
- Early bird registration ~ $140
- Regular registration~$150
- Non-dancing children ~ $40
- Dancing Children (accompanying an adult), age 16 or younger ~ $100
- Please inquire about special rates for dancing families.
- Dancers needing financial assistance are encouraged to request a work-trade position.
- Several youth scholarships (dancers 30 or younger) are available. Two full scholarships and two half scholarships ($70) are available. Please fill out the application and email to azwedance@gmail.com before February 15. Applications may also be mailed to 1457 Meade Lane, FLagstaff, AZ 86001.
